U.S. Property Marked Smith & Wesson Victory Model Double Action Revolver, #SV788631, .38 Spl. cal., 4" barrel, parkerized finish with case hardened hammer and trigger, smooth walnut grips, blade front sight, fixed square-notched rear sight, with swiveling lanyard loop. Includes a U.S. military lanyard marked "HICKOK 1943", in very good condition. Top strap is marked "(flaming bomb) U.S.PROPERTY G.H.D." Matching numbers on barrel and cylinder. No visible import marks. Condition overall is near excellent as refinished, retaining approx. 97% parkerized finish, showing only light handling marks. Factory markings are now a little muted but mostly legible. Hammer and trigger retain vivid case colors. Grips have had varnish applied, now in very good condition, with handling marks to the left side. Action locks up, cycles, and extracts smoothly. Bore has mild toning at the muzzle, otherwise bright with very good rifling. Est.: $400-$600.(C&R/PPT)
